Pain Free You

If you've come to writing therapy because of chronic pain, then this resource is well worth exploring. Dan Buglio is an excellent communicator, with an ability to explain concepts and share knowledge, that is rare. From the site you'll find links to Dan's incredible library of Youtube videos that delivers a daily dose of information and therapy in almost equal doses. You'll also find Dan's Pain Self-Assessment Test and if you're a Facebook fan you can join Dan's Pain Free You Private Facebook group, which is thriving and supportive network of like-minded people.
